Windows 95 or Windows NT 3.51 or later.
At least 12MB of RAM on a Windows 95 machine (20MB to 32MB recommended to run multiple applications simultaneously), or 16MB of RAM on a Windows NT machine (24MB to 32MB recommended to run multiple applications simultaneously).
Hard disk space of 14MB to 42MB, depending on whether you perform a Compact, Typical, or Custom installation.
A 3.5-inch high-density floppy disk drive or CD-ROM drive, depending on the media of your Access 95 distribution disks.
A VGA monitor (SVGA 256-color recommended). Large monitors allow easier development when many open windows are used.
